  1. Hi Lindsay! I purchased your Post Natal Bootcamp dvd and am working out for the first time in my life! I'm a new mom, 32 years old and unfortunately put on nearly 50 pounds during my pregnancy. (I was 127 pre-pregnancy, 175 at birth.) My son, Padraic, was born 18 weeks ago today via c-section, so I've been on your workout program for 12 weeks now. Although I usually only have the time to work out 3 times per week, it's really helped me to get into shape AND boost my self esteem. I still have 12 pounds to get to my pre-baby weight, but my goal is to get down to 115 so in total I have 24 left to burn, but your dvd and blog have really encouraged me to get it off and be a healthy mom! I also have a friend who didn't have a baby but works out with me and LOVES Post-Natal boot camp as well - it's great for any woman! Thanks for your encouragement and support!
