Note to self…never sign a book deal when the book is due to the editors 3 months after delivery! I am a lil’ stressed!

Waist=29.75

I have been doing simple pelvic tilts and pelvic floor progressions. I have to re-train my muscles so they know what to do without a baby in there! I love rocking the baby as I do my pelvic circles. Instead of swaying side-to-side I concentrate on using my muscles to make my hips go in a circle.
