Week 5
Incorporating an exercise program was the farthest thing from my mind until this week. Sure I had a done a few pelvic exercises, but now it’s time to plan 10-30 minutes 4-5 times a week.

Shoulders=38.5
Arm=10.5
Bust=35.5
Waist=31
Below waist=35
Hips=37.5
Thigh=21
