Weeks 10, 11 & 12

Week 10
Ok, I found out form my editor that she would like to do a photo shoot for my book in 5 weeks. It’s time to kick it into high gear! I guess I won’t be sleeping in with my baby until 10 a.m. anymore. And I need to work out more than 3-4 times a week (remember how the camera adds 10 pounds?) I think I’ll get up before my husband goes to work so I can have the time all to myself.

I finally feel as though my cardiovascular endurance is back on track.

Week 12 So it's not NFL cheerleader calendar shoot shape yet.
Cellulite Gone! And my cardiovascular endurance is improving rapidly, it may even be better than before my pregnancy. I feel really good about myself. I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight…but not back to my pre-IVF weight. About 4 pounds to go and an inch or 2 around the hip area.

But I feel strong. Taylor is getting heavier but my back doesn’t hurt and I love toting her around. That’s gotta help sculpt the arms too!
