Boot Camping my way back to a flat stomach

So 16 weeks after I had my baby I was really happy to have my stomach back. I worked really hard to get there. The good thing about that...I did it in about 30 minutes of exercise a day! Now that doesn't mean you cannot workout hard, just less time devoted to the dreaded workout. I really encourage you all to try my favorite DVD, Boot Camp 2. It's got 10 minute Fat Blasting Workouts and 6 progressive core workouts. So you can start off easy and end up with the stomach you've always wanted. And the best part? Get right back to being mom.
