33 weeks with Babes #2


It's hard to believe we made it here! At first the doctor thought we'd be lucky to get to 30 weeks. I'm still at risk for preterm delivery due to the 3 separation tears that happened at implantation, but feel so blessed to have made it this far!

  1. Yay, good luck with the rest of the pregnancy... I hope everything goes smoothly for you!! I'm almost through your new book - it's awesome!! I love it. I ordered one for my sister as well as it is very motivating and the nutrition tips are so easy to follow. Also got your new dvds to go along with the postnatal boot camp and boot camp 2. You are very inspirational, keep up the great work :)

  5. Aww! YAY! good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! My son was born healthy at 32 weeks and I'm currently 20 weeks and have started preterm labor already this time around :o

    Obviously the longer lil man stays in the better, but you can still have an adorable, cute, healthy baby at 33/34 weeks :) however, I'm crossing my fingers that he'll stay in there to term for ya!!!

  11. Hi! I'm a happy mom to a healthy 6 month old little man. I just got your Boot Camp and Core videos. You are so great! I've been back to my original weight for awhile without exercise but now I'm sick of my flabby body underneath! Can't wait to see what I look like in a few months!

    Also, congrats on your successful IVF and getting to 33 weeks! I know how scary it is-I had to be monitored every 2 weeks for preterm labor starting at 16 weeks! And yet, I made it to 39 weeks without a single problem! Best of luck to you and your family!

    Who am I kidding...I want them all now, so I won't wait. lol

    I'm in on the contest for sure. I've been doing your program for a couple days only, and I already see progress. Fingers crossed it isn't just coincidence! lol

    The only problem is that my digital camera will display the date/time on the actual camera and on the file upon download, but it won't leave it on the images when I view them. I've tried everything I can think of, so I don't know what to do. It's a nice Panasonic, too. I'll keep trying, but what can I do if I can't get it to work for me? Anything?

  13. I know my canon point and shoot doesn't add date/time. It's my company camera and the company tried to figure it out and and it won't work! I also know that the BFL challenge uses newspapers and they take pics with newspapers....not sure if that helps!

  14. Maybe you can send the before pic in now and then the after pic after the 6 weeks - that way there's no question... would that work Lindsay?

    In regards to the images not keeping the date...you can either print the pictures with the date stamp and scan to a digital file. Or print the pictures with a date stamp and mail your story to:

  17. Sorry, I probably didn't explain it. When you print the pictures (like through Snapfish or Walgreens) does the time stamp show up? That's what I meant by printing then scanning the printed copies.

    Or can you do a video clip on your camera that shows the date?

    If not, like another lady mentioned, you can send in your beginning picture now and after pictures later. Use the MIF address above and MIF will use the Post Office date stamp on the envelope.

  18. You're so great at getting back to everyone, it's awesome :) I did your Core Metabolic Jumpstart DVD for the first time today, it was tough, excellent workout!! I had thought it might be easier where it's just 23 minutes but I was wrong there. Currently in week 3 following your nutrition/exercise plan in your book and dvd's (incorporating all: boot camp 1&2, shed 5 fast, CMJ, core firing sequence, and dance jam). So far so good. I love the cardio intervals in boot camp 1& 2 - they're tough. Will you be coming out with more cardio dvd's as well in the future with similar difficulty to the boot camps?

    Yes I am going to be coming out with more cardio DVDs similar to Boot Camp. After this babes pops out we will be starting a digital download program...starting with the ultimate cardio workout. You'll be able to download them to an iPod, computer or your own DVD. I promise to keep you all posted, I'll be doing the same workouts to get this bod back!

  20. Oh, that's great news, I find now I'm incorporating both boot camp 1&2 cardio's for a 30 min workout on cardio days. I can't wait for the new workouts!! Of course of utmost importance, we want Rylan to arrive all safe and sound first :) Plus give you a chance to recoup. That gives us time to master the other workouts before the new ones become available. Will the workouts be available to order thru the website as dvd as well?

You will be able to download the digital workouts onto your own blank DVD (so you can still do the workout on your tv/dvd player), but to keep the price around $5 I don't think we'll be offering the digital downloads on DVD. My goal is to do monthly workout challenges with the digital downloads! But at the same time-I'm old school-and like to do DVDs on DVD players, not iPods!

  22. Oh, that's perfect!! Wow, I'm excited that there will be new workout challenges every month!! I was thinking about how to keep challenging myself once I'm used to all of the dvd's - especially the cardio workouts since there's just the 2 on each boot camp plus the dance jam - don't get me wrong, they are quite challenging but to keep changing it up like you recommend(I think I'm going to start the 2nd workout with Shed 5 Fast tomorrow instead of next week as I'm finding the
    1st workout easier now). I'll definetly be on board with the monthly workouts!! I didn't think we had a dvd burner in the computer but my husband informs me that we do so it's great. You've got a great business going here. Best of luck with the rest of the pregnancy :)
