  6. You look great! Much like the others, I'm so glad you do these videos. It's a huge inspiration! I am 5 weeks & 1 day away from starting your boot camp :) yay!!! How soon after baby can I do the upside down Hershey kiss core & clock exercise? I've done it a couple times, but have NO abs to speak of. However, I'm 4lbs from my pre-preg weight (was not trying at all, but my body is an entire other story).

    Vanessa, you had the baby. Congrats! And yes you can do the hershey kiss and pelvic clock right away as long as their is no pain. Keep track of your progress, I'd love to post it!

  8. Awww thanks, she was delivered at 37 weeks to the day :) she's awesome! I've been trying to eat more healthy than not, although I'm CRAVING junk soooo badly!

    Ok, I'll try the kiss & pelvic clock. I'll track progress, but unless I look smoking hot by the end of it I won't share pix - lol. As much as I don't want to age my baby, I can't wait for Dr ok to start working out! I just hope my desire is still here when I'm actually allowed to do it- hahahaha

    You really do look great, I marvel at the fact that you look like that after 12 weeks, and I look like that after a year (post baby), yikes, I need to step it up. I have bought a couple DVDS from you in the last month and have been doing them and am enjoying them a lot, but I really need to order Shed 5 Fast, do you think there will be any DVD specials coming soon? Thanks!

  10. lindsay, you look so good. you are such an inspiration and so helpful. I love checking in with your blog to see your progress because it amazes me. i also wanted to let you know i'm so grateful of your workout dvds. they were way cheaper than any gym membership i've ever had and my abs are firmer than they were prepregnancy. i've even firmed up that right love handle that was hopelessly haunting me. i've worked out regulary for years and my abs have never looked this firm. i'm currently one pound under my prepregnancy weight. thanks! the only thing i worry about now is the loose skin. if you have tips on tightening that up that would be great.

  11. You are such an inspiration and you look fantastic. Your DVD's are amazing. With my first, I lost all my pregnancy weight with your Bootcamp DVD. Now, I am 19 weeks pregnant and I have been doing your Second Trimester Workout. I can feel my back and my arms getting stronger. I can tell when I skip days because my back starts to hurt. You truly are a life saver:)

  12. I get questions on loose skin all the time!

    You should be able to get your skin back to the way it looked or close to it. But let me say this - it does have a lot to do with genetics, stretching and age. If your mom has loose skin and/or cellulite you are more prone to it. And as we get older our skin thins out and is therefore harder to tighten back up. The toning is the most important thing on your journey for this! SO here's my advice give the toning some more time to take effect...maybe 3-5 months. Then we can revisit it if you'd like! Make sure to switch up your workouts too!
