Lindsay, I just have to say I commiserate so much with your videos. Thanks for posting them. It's all about patience. I've lost 20 and I still have another 40-50 to go, but I somehow still feel good knowing that cute skinny girls like you suffer with the same things. :)

You're looking great!

My stomach is still pooching out two years after giving birth, although it's not flabby and I have a four pack. My concern is that, even though I think I'm doing my ab workouts correctly, I might not be. My other concern is that I'm drinking way too much diet caffeinated drinks and my stomach is bloated from the caffeine (my husband works very long hours and my son wakes up very early so I need lots of energy boosts).

Is there a way to know the difference between being bloated or improper ab work? If I've been doing my ab work incorrectly, should I give them a break for awhile and start from scratch?

You look GREAT!! Keep up the hard work ;) So glad you are back from vacation. I've missed your motivating blog posts but I've still been doing PNBC, S5F and CMJ at home. Looking forward to your digital workouts coming soon!

You all are too sweet!

Katie, are you able to balance all the caffeine with more water? I'd guess improper ab work could be the problem. You can start with these PF exercises http://www.lindsaybrin.com/2010/03/pelvic-floor-exercises.html and once you've mastered them you may want to do my Boot Camp 2 DVD with preogressive core workouts www.momsintofitness.com/dvds/lindsay-brin-boot-camp-2

Hey Lindsay - I was wondering where you get your sport bras? they are super cute!

However, I have huge-mongo boobies do you think they will be sufficient support?

I joke that I can no longer wear the spaghetti straps - I'm now in "wife beater" straps.

Anyway, I'd still love to know where you get 'em :)

No mongo boobies here Vanessa! So I can fit in almost all sports bras. But I do know doubling up on 2 sports bras can help your comfort level (and back muscles!)

I get them from dance stores, sandiegofit.com and Target. Oh and sometimes Sports Authority and my fitness conventions.
