  1. Thanks for the update! I am now two years out from having my baby #3 (and have been back to the pre-preggo weight for a little over a year now), but I have not forgotten the frustration of not seeing that scale budge! It always took my hormones a while to even out and let that weight melt off. I always got there, just not as fast as I wanted! It is refreshing to hear that I am not the only one who hung on to a bit of the pregnancy weight despite working out (or had to stop mid-workout to pop a paci in!). Take care - - I know three can be exhausting, but it does get easier.

  2. So great to see you! Thanks for sharing your journey post-baby. My little one is 9 months old now - we tried to have a baby for over 5 years and finally had our little miracle through Embryo Adoption! Congrats on your three beauties! I can so relate to what you've been through to get them - and what a surprise little Harper must have been!

I have now lost all of my baby weight plus 11-12 pounds, so I'm at my lowest weight ever - even lower than when I got married! But pretty much all of that has been strictly through diet and cardio (running). I'm not trying to tone up the muscles that are completely blah right now...so started your workout program today! Can't wait to see the results! I'm a get up and at 'em in the morning before my baby girl and husband are up, so it's done for the day and shower time now! Thanks again!

  5. I'm sure I'm just not looking in the right place to find the answer to this question, so I apologize for that. But...

I just started Postnatal Boot Camp this morning - planning to do the 12 week program. If I do that 3 days (M,W,F), what do you reccomend for in-between (T,R)?

By the way, you look great! I am so thankful to have found your site - what an encouragement you are to me!!

  6. Tonya, the perfect place to ask! Use the cardio workouts (Just cardio and Kardio Kickboxing) on T, R. Click create-a-workout, then do the warmup, the cardios, and cool down. And keep me posted on yoru progress!

  7. Huckaby, thanks lady! So how do you do it with 3 in school..or 2 in school?

Neverending Joy, what a lil' miracle! Congrats. Its a tough road huh? Please let me know how your workouts go. I love the early a.m. workout - what a great way to start the day - and one less thing on your to do list!

  9. Hi Lindsay! I have just downloaded your Boot Camp and CFS Method workouts to tone up after my c-section (and second birth) 12 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I am finding that my core is too weak even to do some of the basic exercises, particularly back lying exercises with two legs raised at once. These hurt to do, even with a splint. Any advice?

Many thanks for all you do!

    Leanne

  10. Lindsay - - only two in school at this point (both 5 days per week, though). Like you, I work from home (have in-home childcare 3 days per week), so to fit in the workouts (and a shower!), I get up at 5:45am M-F before everyone else is awake at 7:15am. There are many, many days when I want to hit the snooze button, but my days are SO much better when they start with some Moms Into Fitness ;) Interesting thing though, I find that the variety of the workout download series keeps the boredom at bay and makes it a lot easier to drag my booty out of bed each morning! Thanks for all you do.

  11. haha, Lindsay you make me laugh! Thanks for being so real :) Following you as I lose my baby weight helps keep me focused and excited(I'm about one month ahead of you, but only seriously committed 3 weeks ago)!

  12. You look great! I can't get over how defined your ab muscles look so shortly after having a baby. I have to ask this question. Do you have any stretch marks from your kids. I swear that when I do your workouts, I don't see any!

  13. Leann, I'm so glad you asked. Stick to Phase 1 of teh CFS and Core #1 in Boot Camp. Both workouts will help bring the integrity back to your core. If your back hurts when bringing both legs up (make sure 1 comes up at a time). bend the knees and keep them bent. Let me know if that doesn't help. And we will work it differently!

  14. Ahhh...stretchmarks.

Stretchmarks and such...the best way to prevent them is through toning and consistent weight gain (plus keeping yoru weight gain in check). BUT they are also very hereditary, and my mom has maybe 1-2 stretchmarks and she is 60. So for me, I have the non-stretchmark gene on my side.

I wish I could say there is a magic creme. But no cremes are strong enough to penetrate the skin without a big costly machine. Although mositurizing form the inside (drinking water) and the outside (lotion) help in my opinion!
