And I will admit, today I was thinking maybe I'm good with my weight now for a bit (about 3 lb away from pre-prego weight but still need some good toning - my baby's 4&1/2 months!). But, after my little fall in diet (had chips and about 6 little snack size halloween bars tonight - I know, very against the rules), and missing today working out plus Fri, Sat, and Sun, decided I will get back at it tomorrow again. Maybe I just needed a little break?! But weight did drop about 0.6 lb in there so I'm still happy with that. And I'm nursing so I find I do "need" the extra snacks, especially when I work out. Thanks for keeping us posted, a real motivator. And you look like you're pretty much there in getting your body back :) And thanks for all the workout advice through the portal, I'm all over the map with it but I think I just get excited in trying to do as much as possible :)

  4. You look amazing after 4 months!! We love to grab a rotisserie chicken and crossoiants when out for the family, adding steamed veggies would be better than the bread for sure. How funny your lil guy was in a superman suit, mine got put in one yesterday by his sisters for dressup .) Love watching you transform, it always gives me hope.

You look great, wish I was there, but I know I will get there soon! @Melissa, we should team up and challenge each other, my baby is almost 5 months and I have about 4lbs from prepreg but lots of toning and I am nursing....

  6. You look incredible, as usual!!! I wouldn't be able to tell that you have not been 100% with your diet!

    We all got pretty sick here so my food has been way off (not eating)... trying to get my water in there. uggg! I feel like I've done so much damage by not eating the past few days :( I've also not worked out at all...

    Rylan is such an adorable little boy!!! He's so cute! We need more pix of Harper ;)

  7. After 11 weeks of PN BootCamp I hit my pre-pregnancy weight - yay!!! My goal is wedding day weight so I still have 20 more lbs. to go. Started week 12 of BootCamp today & will start Core Fitness next week.

    I wish this were like Dave Ramsey's radio show where people call in & shout that they're debt-free. When I lose those 20 lbs. I'm calling somebody & shouting, "I'm fat-free!". :o)

  8. HAHAH @tonya........I love this site......I'm not even pregnant yet, nor have I been, but hopefully will be in the next year, and I stalk this site every.single.day. Lindsay, keep the posts coming...I need encouragement even as I get my body in the best pre-pregnancy shape that I can!

  10. You are amazing, just amazing... Not only because you are a kick ass mom of three, beautiful, and strong but also for how genuine, healthy, and happy you seem!

    I have always been a size 0 and very active (ran a marathon at week 8 and continued running shorter races until I delivered). I had my baby #1 in July and even though I only gained 27 lb, I am still 15 lb heavier than when I started! I got back to running pretty much right away, ate healthy and am breastfeeding but nothing was working!

    Then I discovered your DVD series!!!!!! I am loving them and I am starting to see my definition back... Thank you! The videos on your website are inspiring.

    I have a question though, I'm currently doing the second trimester DVD of the pregnancy fitness 4 disc set and I can't find the yoga section anywhere! How do I get to it? Plz help!

  13. Hend, hi! If you purchased the DVDs at Target they do not have the yoga workouts. They only licensed the Cardio/Toning workouts from us. But you can find the yoga workouts via download or DVD ($9.99) on www.momsintofitness.com
