  1. I'm back w/ a question. Baby #3 was born on 6/14/11. I've lost 50 lbs. since birth day. 35 were gone in the first 6 weeks, but I worked to lose the other 15. Today I'm finishing up week 8 of PN Boot Camp (12 wk. program) w/ an expectation of losing 5 lbs. in the next 4 wks.. If I lose those 5 lbs. I'll have 25-30 lbs. still to lose & I'll be finished w/ Boot Camp. Do you recommend that I move to Boot Camp 2 or do you have another recommendation for me? Thanks for your time!!

  2. Me again! Thought it might help to know what I'm doing right now. PN Boot Camp (M,W,F), Kardio Kickboxing & 1-2 mile walk w/ family (T), GROCERY SHOPPING W/ 3 SMALL CHILDREN & 1-2 mile walk w/ family (Th), & 2 mile run (Sa).

  6. Oh my goodness, please don't apologize for response time - I know you are a busy wife & mom!! Your website is very thorough - I just had not really looked for my answer over there. After looking I'm thinking I should do Core Fitness for Moms next. I was also really interested in your answer to RunninTall on the last post because I didn't understand about the portal, either. I'm glad to know that it's just not there yet (thought I was crazy), but will be coming! At least I THINK I'm understanding correctly.
