5 month goal...coming up a lil' too quick!

To my horror yesterday - I realized my 5 Month Goal of being back at my pre-pregnancy weight is fast approaching!  The good news about that is I worked my butt off in a workout I would have skipped today due to my Work List being a mile long.

Don't know if I am going to hit my goal by next week, but I am gonna try!

    I would love to lose enough to be able to pull off leggings and a long shirt like the cute outfit you are wearing in you picture! It is a great picture with the both of you smiling genuinely. I just ordered the post pregnancy boot camp DVD and plan on doing the 60 day slim-down challenge! But guess what? My "baby" is 6! I have 4 kids. Do you have any other clients like me? I just have to figure out if I just buy the downloadable packet (I have all of the DVDs) if it can download to my iPhone (my computer died) and then could I send it from there to my husbsnd's computer to print off? Do you sell a pre-printed copy? I fear that I have not kept up with technology.
    Any tips for getting 75 pounds off as soon as possible?

  3. Kelli, shoot Jess an email at themoms@momsintofitness.com and have her email the packet to you - then you can foward the link to your husband for him to print off. And yes - there are tons of mamas with babies over the age of 5!!! It doesn't matter when you start - our tummies have all gone through the same havoc.

  8. Hi you look amazing!!! my husband and I r now thinking of having baby number 2; but I kept 7lbs from
    My first pregnancy. Now my question is can I start any of the workouts and the 1200 calorie meal plan now, even though we r trying already for baby number 2????

    Or should I wait until I get pregnant and just do the workouts? And which DVDs do u recommend???

  9. Hello. I'm new to this site and Moms Into Fitness but I do want to say that I have purchased 3 of your DVD Workout videos and enjoy working out. Im a mother of an 18 month old baby girl and while I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight, my stomach needs toning. Your site is great and truly an inspiration.   10. Mirela, thanks doll! And your story is like a lot of us - back to our pre-preg wieght but the tummy needs toning. Just stay consistent!

    Nidia, you should be ok doing any of the workouts until you find our you are pregnant. Unless you have difficulty getting pregnant or difficult pregnancies...let me know if that is the case!

  13. Nidia, I woudl recommend the 60 Day SlimDow or Boot Camp 2. The 60 Day has a meal plan, fitness calendar and all sorts of stuff to keep you motivated. And Boot Camp 2 has 12 different workout to choose from.

    Both of the programs will help you strengthen your Inner Core, which will help with that back pain!

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and due to an awful pregnancy have not been able to work out hardly at all (I was using all of your pregnancy dvds) and just found out I have placenta previa and might be looking at bed rest or a very minimal amount of exercise. So depressing. This is my first baby (that I haven't miscarried) and I've already gained 20 lbs! Kill me now. I can't wait to do the 5 month challenge!! Just 4 more months of this and about 10 months until I have my body back!

  16. Krystal, well that's no fun! But that baby will be safe! I had a slight case, mine ended up moving as Rylan grew. So here's to the next 19 weeks flying by safely!
