  1. I think you look awesome!!! Love your encouraging words too... just what I needed after not working out for 3 weeks.

I got sick and then thought that I was pregnant (I'm not), but my symptoms have included daily headaches, wanting to throw up, no energy at all, starving beyond words... etc.

So let me ask you - how many minutes are you aiming for each workout?

  2. Lindsay, You look amazing!!!! What I wouldn't give... ; ) Anyways, glad to know I'm not the only one who didn't work out all last week. Here it is Tues night and I am still mia on the workouts. Tomorrow I must re-begin!!!! I will have to aim for 4 days this week!

  3. Hi Lindsay

I ordered the MIF postnatal bootcamp download on 19 Oct but I have only been able to get the downloads to work for 4 of the 5 items (am missing the actual Bootcamp workout file!)...have emailed twice now to 'orders@momsintofitness.com' and 'themoms@momsintofitness.com' but haven't received a reply....it is now almost a month since I last emailed and i'm really disappointed....I feel like i'm starting to stall with my motivation to do this. :-( PLEASE HELP!!!

  4. Thank you so much for your bravery and sharing. I found you a few nights ago on youtube and am so excited. I am 14 weeks along with my second (I was 10 pounds from my weight loss goal with my first when I found out). Needless to say, I had a terrible first trimester and could not keep any food down (still weaning baby) had no energy and was dizzy whenever I tried to workout. Sadly finally felt well enough to go to the gym and found out it was closing the next day! Only local gym with childcare!!! So I tried you 2nd trimester workout for the first time yesterday (from youtube) and am enjoying muscled soreness today! Feels good though! Thank you for all the information on your blog, MIF, and youtube! Praying you meet your goal when you want too!

  5. Thanks for your post, Lindsey! I, too, am happy to know I wasn't the only one who didn't get in all the workouts they wanted to over Thanksgiving. I agree that you look AMAZING and would LOVE to look that great 5 months after this pregnancy. It's my second and I "popped" over the turkey day weekend. I am not looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow, either. However, it is keeping me somewhat accountable and that is a good thing. Always nice to know we can get back on the horse.

I hope you enjoyed your cookies :)

  6. Here's to a fresh start last week! I got 5 workouts in ranging from 30-45 minutes a day! Feeling much better and encouraged this week.

Sarah - have you checked your spam folder? Jess responds daily to the MIF emails. I don't want you to lose motivation!!! Shoot her another email and whitelist the MIF email address.

  7. I did enjoy my cookies, just not the aftermath. It put me behind a few weeks for sure!

  9. I am finding it harder to stay on track with my 3rd pregnancy. I bought your dvd pack that was sold at target. Excited to be able to excercise at home. Its getting way to cold here for outside workouts. Thanks for sharing so much of your journey and knowledge with us!
