A while ago I signed up for the wrong workouts (never even opened the emails once I realized my mistake), so I can't get the Superfit workouts. What is comparable? I'm ready for something new.

I'm not on Pinterest so I haven't looked at the challenge. Is it what I need?

Micaela, love the pics on the blog!

What if you can't get outside on the running days? Also, isn't it good to take a day or 2 off a week - would that be an option for this challenge? Thanks Lindsay :)

Yeah, I definitely don't want you to always workout every single day. But for this challenge I eant you to challenge yourself, see if you can do 30 days! I choreographed the calendar so you can maximize results without doing too much.

As for inside do the inside cardio workout under free workouts or use the cardio workout on day 2.

Lindsay,
I found your workouts when I was looking for information on diastasis recti. I've had 3 kids (3,2 and almost 5 months) and have a little more than a 2 finger width gap between my ab muscles.
I ordered your Boot Camp 2 DVD and was wondering how many of those splint ab crunches and pelvic tilts I should do a day to help close the gap. Also, do you know how soon I could start seeing results? My stomach looks like a deflated balloon!!
I look forward to your response! :-)

Hey Lindsay, for the indoor cardio workout - is 12 stairs, 12 single stairs or 12 flights of stairs? If it is flights, how many stairs are you thinking? Up and down? Also, is the idea that each exercise is 1 min long? Just wondering if we should time ourselves for the minute in case it gets quicker with time. Thanks. Day 10 of the 30 day challenge, it's great. I'll admit, I took Sat off (the yoga day) but on Sun I combined 2 workouts - yoga from Sat and Sun
VO2 Max together. I'm thinking it still counts right?!

Amber, at first I would shoot for every other day with pelvic tilts. Then maybe everyday. Use Core 1 on Boot Camp 2 about every other day. And maybe week 2 or 3 add a 4th day of Core 1.

I ahve seen results within 3 weeks and I have seen them within a few months. Test yoruself again in 3 weeks and let me know if it's any better! And we will go from there!

Lindsay Brin said...

Melissa, timing yoruself is the best idea!!! Yes, yes and yes. 1 flight of stairs. And we are shooting for = 1 minute

Okay so I am the lowest weight I've been since kids and am finding most results doing this challenge! And I was following the superfit calendars - maybe I was doing too much since I'm also nursing?? Great results!

I missed Sat and Sun this week (23 days in) should I attempt to make them up and double up on workouts or just carry on with calendar (missed core yoga and 20 Min VO2 Max)??

sorry for the late reponse! just got back form florida! but if it does happen, i woudl recommend double stacking...as long as you stack a cardio with a cardio, yoga with anything and a toning with a toning!

So loving the 30 Day Challenge! I'm in to it Day 3 right now and love waking up with an all around sore body!! I'm using a food journal to keep track of calories and feel energized and satisfied with your recommended food choices! Can't wait until my daughter's nap time every afternoon to get my workout on! Thanks so much for making something for Mommies. Just what I've been looking for.
