I just can't keep up!


Ever feel like your face is going to burst because it's so hot and red?  Or that your lungs are breathing fire?  Or your legs quiver? Well, this is how I feel every time I workout with my partner, Katie i.e. Frogger.


Sure, we only get to workout together 2x/ month but she keeps me motivated!  After I had Rylan (#2) all I recall is her lapping me on the 7 flights of stairs - not once but twice - hence the name Frogger.  And that's when I decided I was going to do my best to keep up with her.

I still cannot keep up with her endurance, but I am still trying!  And she just beat Breast Cancer 1 year ago!  So there are no excuses on my end, except to keep trucking.

It was random that we saw each other on the beach in Naples last week.  We knew we would be in Florid but not in the same town.

P.S.  Can you tell who has older kids?  Not by age, purely by tan color...

And this happens to be my only picture with my 3 kids.  Ho Hum, one day they will all smile right?  But it also happens to be taken in my Goal Swimsuit!  Sure my chest fits a little differently, but everything else seems to be back in place.

  3. Hi Lindsay - I am so inspired and feel overwhelmed. I'm 7 weeks post partum and have lost 15 lbs due to exercising that I started two weeks post. My abs and core are solo loose and I don't know which of your workouts would be best to do. Could you give some advice . .? I have another 35 lbs to lose and before pregnancy I was fit and a size 6 which I desperately want to be again in a few short months.

  4. Bella, glad you asked! Our 4 Free Workouts will be perfect for you! Just enter your baby's age, your weight etc. and our software will customize a program for you. You can definitely get back to your pre-prego body, but give yourself time...you were prego for 9 months! So don't be too hard on yourself, just be consistent.

  6. Hi Lindsay. I really love that you show your before and after pictures. It helps keep me motivated when I'm not seeing big changes. I have a questions for you if you have time...I have been doing the 60 slim down (I haven't had a baby but I'm trying to get back in shape before I do) and while I'm noticing changes for the past few weeks the scale and the measuring tape are stuck in the same place. I'm at day 50 right now. I know my diet is clean (I don't eat any processed foods and I'm followed by a dietician since I have lots of food allergies). Any ideas to get my body going again? I only have about 5-7 pounds to my goal. Thanks again.

  7. Anonymous, let's bump up your weights and see if that makes a difference. If not, let me know the fats and caloric intake of your diet.
