  3. Lindsay,

Just found your DVD set at Target and am loving it. I'm normally pretty active but have been unsure what kind of weight training I could do throughout my pregnancy. The 2nd trimester DVD (I'm 18 weeks along with baby #2) has been great to help me know what's ok when.

    Thanks!

  4. Lindsay, I just had my second baby girl a little over 5 weeks ago! She is a joy for sure. I started taking some walks a couple of weeks ago and I bought your cvs method DVD to help me get my abs back somewhat. I have diastolic recti. I'm wondering what you suggest after my 6 week checkup to get back in the game! I did your prenatal series faithfully, and now I'm ready to get my body back!!!

  5. Lindsay, I am a 21 year old mother of two sweet boys. I just had my second son a month and a half ago. I am very eager to get into a healthy lifestyle that suits me. Unfortunately, I gained a lot of weight with this last pregnancy, partially because I delivered an 11lb 5oz baby. However, I really want to start exercising but because my baby was so large he ended up fracturing my pelvis and my tailbone, as well as braking his humurus as well. I know I should take a slow approach to the exercise routine but im not sure where to start, and Im breastfeeding exclusively as well. I currently weight over 200lbs right now, and its really taking a toll on my body and my knees because Im not normally a large woman (post baby 140 lbs). I would greatly appreciate any helpful tips. Thanks so much!!

  6. Hi lindsay, I just spent the last two days reading your entire blog. Love it!!! You are amazing and I will definitely be looking at you as a role model in the future. I am not where I want to be yet, slowly getting there after a very long time. I was so tired after my baby (no longer a baby) and didn't realize what a huge difference working out makes in energy levels. I wish I could go back and try it over but I van only start from now. Thinking about another coming up and I will do everything in my power to have things go better this time around. I will be looking to you for help and encouragement! Thank you!

  8. Hi Lindsay!
Just wondering if you knew which Targets in the STL area carry your DVD's? I went to my local one yesterday and they didn't have them. Any tips? Thanks so much-- excited to get started :)

  9. Sorry for my late reponses...filming DVDs in Miami foolowed by a vacation has me behind!

The CFS Method is great compared with one of our Boot Camp DVDs. We have a 3-phase calendar for both veterans and beginners. You can get the download 2-pack for $9.99 or the dvds. Go to www.momsintofitness.com

Email Jess at themoms@momsintofitness.com, we will need to specialize a plan for you. Just tell her to shoot me your email so we can put a plan in place. Also include what your doctor has allowed you to do. It must be frustrating, but we will get you started slow and steady and we will get some lbs off within the first few weeks!

  11. Margaret, #4 congrats! And thank you for your enthusiasm about MIF!

Bonnie, our DVDs are in Targets nationwide. Do you know if they were out of stock? My distributor said they have been going through them rather quickly. But I do not have a list on any Targets they may not be in...sorry I am of no help! Have you signed up for the free workouts at momsintofitness.com - they will tie you over until you can get yoru hands on the DVDs.

  12. Lindsay, do you know approximately how long it takes for diastasis recti to decrease enough to start doing the abs in post natal boot camp (the first one). I am 6 1/2 weeks post baby #2 and have been doing the CFS method for 2 weeks and post natal boot camp for 1. I want to start doing the abs in the post natal video soooooo bad! I keep checking the diastasis, and think it's decreased enough, but I don't want to set myself back. What do you suggest?

  13. You are so right to conitnue to check for Diastasis! Get close to 2 finger widths and you are good to go. I know this is not very helpful, but I have seen it take 2 weeks - 8 months to heal:( Depends how bad it was...

  14. Lindsay,
I have just "discovered" you from a baby wise group of moms who told me just how awesome you are! :) How fun to get to "know" you better. I have just started CFS and boot camp 2...as in started yesterday! I'm loving it so far! I am also a mom of three and we have been married for 7 years. My husband is in his last 100 days of a deployment, so I am trying to finish off the last 30 lbs from my last baby (she's 9 months old!) THanks for all you do for us moms!! And we want 4-5 kids, and I do reconsider on those nights I'm up most of the night :) But they are such a joy and blessing from the Lord!
