So the moms at MIF here about your stories all the time. And we just love them! We would like to start sharing them with other mamas...because we are willing to bet some mom out there has been were you were and needs that lil' something to help them out.
Here are two mamas that went through the Pretty Fierce R & D. Jennifer is a triathlete, but had never used weights for the fear they would make her bigger and she figured all the cardio she was doing would get her where she wanted to be. Angie had been battling the last 7 lbs. for 10 years and needed something to take it off. Their hard work paid off!

I submitted my 3day food journal over a week ago and haven't heard back. I'm battling the last 6 pounds from my last pregnany. I know I have more muscle. Could that be keeping me from losing the last few pounds?
ReplyDeleteGlad you asked! Where fid you submit your food journal? Through our App or Portal? Or did you email it to Jess? If it went through our App or portal our RD should have hotten back to you in 48 hrs. If you sent it to Jess at themoms@momsintofitness she sent it to me and I am a few hundred emails behind, do sorry! If it was the app please send sn email to Jess so she can figure it out. I know you want an answer to those last 6 lbs and we will get it gor you!

DeleteI sent it to themoms@momsintofitness! And no worries about typos...I just hope your baby gets better. Mine has a cold and it breaks my heart. I know I must sound so anxious; I just am so mad I can't figure it out (the mystery of these last few pounds). Eat more, eat less, more protein, less protein, more cardio or more strength??? I can't seem to get it right because these last pounds are stuck to me like glue!!
