  1. When you say this workout program is not for you if you have diastisis recti does that mean if you have ever had it? I am confused because when I am pregnant I have it, but I am 21 months post partum and have it closed to a normal width. Can I do your 30 day challenge?

    1. Just if you currently have it. You should be good to go since you no longer have it. Enjoy!

  2. Unfortunately, I don't have a phone or ipad that supports the new version. Is there any way to access and participate in the 30 day challenge on my computer/online? Thanks!

    1. I am so sorry, but we don't have that option right now:( Do you have any other tablets?

    2. No, just the old iPad 1, so I can only get the older version of the app.

  3. I don't exercise off Sundays because of religious beliefs. Will this affect this challenge?

    1. You will be just fine! It is a cardio day, if you feel you want to add extra cardio on the following day. But I also think you will be fine without it.

  4. I would love an on line version in the future too as I don't have a Droid or iPhone either. Thank you for putting out new challenges though.

  7. Started doing the 30 day challenge last week but I can't add the workouts to my calendar. It says I need a code?? I have a bunch of DVDs too, do I need codes for all of those too? I'm confused what the code is for! Thanks!!

    1. Good question! The 30 Day Challenge does not have a calendar, instead follow the day on the video thumbnail.

For all the other codes just email Jess and she will take care of you themoms@momsintofitness.com

It is easy to be confused, so let us know if there is anything we can do to lessen and confusion with the new app:)

  9. I downloaded the app last night and am excited to start the 30 day challenge, but the first video, the "watch this first" one, won't play. The next video seems to start ok. Help? Thanks!

    1. Hmmm…I am not going to be very helpful. But I know it was working and we have not changed anything on the programming end. It is 30 seconds long…when does it freeze on you? You can also email Jess at themoms@momsintofitness.com for a more immediate response (I tend to always be behind in answering comments:)

  10. Wondering how difficult the challenge is. I have a 3 month old baby and am currently working on the Post Natal Slim down. Would this be a good next step after finishing the slimdown?

    1. I think it would be the perfect next step after the SlimDown! Congrats on the new baby!

  12. Lindsay, the 30 day challenge was so fun (I can't say I did it perfectly, but it was still great)! Please keep adding fun challenges like that on your app. I get so pumped to workout when I have a specific goal I am working towards. Thank you for the challenge.}

    1. It is on my to do list! I will for sure be adding more. Do you like the mix of different workouts?

      Delete
    2. I adore the mix! It is very difficult for me to do 6. 8, or 12 week routines because my boredom slaughters my drive. This was great!

    3. Lindsay, it would be also pretty awesome if you could have a DVD with different Tabata workouts that the customer can build together according to time and mood like you have it the different workout sections for the bootcamp but only with Tabata sections. That would be soooo cool. I'd buy that tomorrow. Haha. Thank you.

    4. Noted in my To Do list! We will see what we can do! Thanks for the idea.

  13. Hi Lindsay :)

    I have a question.
I've been doing Pretty Fierce Weight Loss, I started in January and kind of fell off the wagon in February. In March I jumped back in and did some catching up, and I've now finished the 5 last weeks in the last 14 days.

My question is, I am gaining weight AND inches. I am getting stronger; I can tell, because the workouts get easier, but although I eat within your recommended calorie range for my BMR (and I don't eat back the after burn) I can't seem to lose weight.

I lost weight for about a week or two in January, before I fell off the wagon. The three last weeks I've been watching what I eat and worked out very hard, I've eliminated pretty much all sugar, and almost all carbs (leaving whole grains) and Iost one week, but gained before and after... Do you know what could possibly be the cause of this? I have such amazing success with your programs before (lost and kept off 50) although the last time my nutrition wasn't very good at all. Ideas?

Ps! I have one workout left before I'm done with the 8 weeks, on Monday I was planning on starting it over again, doing week 1+2 in the beginning (I'm getting really antsy to lose some inches/weight), is this not a good idea?

  14. Hi Lindsay! I'm about 13 weeks pregnant now with my second child and started working out to your pregnancy fitness dvds and I have to ask, where did you get those fitted wide leg pants?? Love your workout videos and blog btw

    1. Nicole, congrats on your pregnancy!

Actually we did a fitness clothing maternity line a few years ago and since turned our focus into the DVDs and app. And that is where those pants are from! I actually get the question a lot so we should make them again:) And I have triple checked our inventory and we have nothing left.

But I do know - because I wore them in my pregnancies - Margarita makes a great flare pant that ties at the waist and hits below the belly button. Old Navy or Gap also makes a great flare that you can pull up over your belly.

      I hope that helps!

  15. Thank you!! And you should bring back the maternity line :)

  20. I am getting ready for the 30 day challenge. This last pregnancy has left my body a complete mess. I had two hernia operations for 5 hernias and went through physical therapy for DR. I believe my DR is closed enough to do this. I am about 1 finger now but my belly still protrudes just below the breast bone. I am hoping these exercises will strengthen my core and pull those muscles back in. I am not looking to get my "body back", just want to feel strong and healthy again. I have terrible back pain because of lack of core strength. I loved reading all your blogs and helpful hints. I am going to follow this word for word-- wish me luck !

    1. I guess I should ask how its going?? We were on vacation and I am so behind in reading/responding! I hope your core is feeling strong! Please let me know, I would love to hear from you.

  21. Hi Lindsay. I'm so glad I stumbled upon your site. You are such an inspiration. I have a question on what routine would be best for me. My second baby was born 2 months ago and I am eager to start working out and get toned up. I was active throughout my pregnancy and am back to pre pregnancy weight, but I am still soft with a squishy belly and low cardiovascular endurance. I have a 3 finger DR gap. I have been doing some transverse ab exercises I got from my trainer for a month. I downloaded your app to join the 30 day challenge, but it says to not do them if you have DR our a infant <5 months old. What would be the best dvd routine for me.
